Bootstrap 5 Installation and Setup

Create a complete document with a pinned stylesheet and load the bundle only for components that need it.

How it works

The examples target Bootstrap 5.3.8. Save a complete HTML file with a doctype, language, character encoding and viewport declaration. Put the supplied bootstrap.min.css beside it, and add bootstrap.bundle.min.js only for the interactive lessons. The bundle includes Popper for positioned components. These files are locally hosted and retain their licences; no build tool is required for the basic lab. A local web server is useful when browser file restrictions affect a later example, but neither a database nor PHP execution is needed.

Run and inspect

Save the complete document as index.html in a separate lab folder. Place Bootstrap 5.3.8 CSS beside it. Open the file in a normal browser. A separate local static server is optional; no database or PHP execution is required. Keep the Bootstrap licence with redistributed assets.

Try in playground

The preview injects local Bootstrap CSS when you select Run code. It blocks external resources and actual form submission; nothing runs on import. Bootstrap plugin scripts are not loaded there.

Expected result

The text and button receive Bootstrap styling. The button performs no invented booking action.

The complete download points to a sibling stylesheet, so its setup works independently of Bhylu’s website URL. CSS creates the button appearance; it cannot submit a real reservation or open a modal on its own. The course distinguishes visual demonstrations, native form behaviour, inline scripts and Bootstrap-plugin behaviour at each boundary.
